Purchaser Agreement
Research Use Acknowledgment
Veltrigen supplies materials that are designated strictly for laboratory research use only ("RUO"). By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product offered by Veltrigen, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that all products are intended solely for lawful scientific research, analytical testing, or laboratory investigation conducted by qualified individuals or entities. These materials are not manufactured, labeled, or sold for human or animal consumption, medical use, clinical application, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic purposes.
The purchaser certifies that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess the appropriate education, training, experience, or institutional authority necessary to safely handle laboratory research materials. The purchaser further acknowledges that they understand the nature of research chemicals and laboratory reagents and accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all handling, storage, use, and disposal practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory safety standards within their jurisdiction.
Veltrigen products are supplied exclusively as research materials and are not represented as drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food products, or medical devices. No statements made on this website or in accompanying documentation are intended to constitute medical claims, therapeutic claims, or instructions for human or veterinary use. Any references to scientific literature, chemical structure, or experimental context are provided solely for informational and educational purposes related to research environments and do not imply suitability for any prohibited application.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they will not use, resell, relabel, distribute, or otherwise transfer products in any manner inconsistent with their designation as Research Use Only materials. The purchaser agrees not to represent Veltrigen products as approved for human consumption, clinical treatment, or medical application and understands that improper use may violate applicable laws and regulations.
The purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability arising from the handling or use of purchased materials following delivery. Veltrigen makes no representations regarding fitness for any specific research purpose beyond standard product identification and quality control information provided where applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltrigen shall not be responsible for misuse, improper handling, unauthorized application, or consequences resulting from uses inconsistent with Research Use Only designation.
Veltrigen maintains a strict Research Use Only compliance standard. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel orders, restrict purchasing privileges, or terminate customer access where communications, order patterns, or other interactions reasonably indicate intended use inconsistent with laboratory research purposes. Veltrigen does not provide guidance, support, or information relating to human or animal use, and inquiries suggesting such applications may result in account review or purchasing restrictions.
By proceeding with a purchase or otherwise interacting with this website, the purchaser affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Acknowledgment and accept that responsibility for lawful and appropriate use rests solely with the purchaser.
eCheck / ACH Payment Agreement
By selecting eCheck / ACH as your payment method and checking the authorization box at checkout, you agree to the following additional terms:
Payment Authorization. You authorize Veltrigen to initiate a one-time electronic debit (ACH) from the bank account you provided at checkout for the total amount of your order, including any applicable fees. This authorization is limited to the specific transaction placed and does not constitute consent for future or recurring charges.
Account Ownership. By submitting your bank account information, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have express permission from the account holder to authorize this transaction. You agree that you have the legal authority to approve debits from the account provided.
Processing Timeline. eCheck / ACH payments typically take 3–5 business days to process and settle. Your order will not be fulfilled until payment has cleared. Veltrigen reserves the right to hold shipment pending confirmation of successful payment.
Returned Payment Fee. If your payment is returned for any reason — including but not limited to insufficient funds, a closed account, incorrect account information, or an unauthorized return — you will be assessed a returned payment fee of $35.00. This fee will be communicated to you via the email address on your order and must be resolved before your order is processed or any future orders are placed.
Accuracy of Account Information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the bank account and routing information submitted at checkout. Veltrigen is not liable for delays, failed payments, or fees resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
One-Time Authorization. This authorization applies to the single transaction for which it is given. It does not authorize Veltrigen to initiate additional or recurring debits from your account without separate authorization.
Revocation. You may revoke this authorization only before the ACH transaction has been submitted to the banking network. To request revocation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once the transaction has been initiated, it cannot be stopped.
Disputes. If you have questions about a charge, believe a transaction was made in error, or need to resolve a returned payment, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 1–2 business days. This agreement is governed by the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and applicable federal and state law.
